Sunday - 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 18:00

Late-night summer sessions
May - August: Friday at 20:00 and Saturday at 19:30.

Welcome to our wood-fired sauna situated on Long Beach, Knoydart. Teas Mòr - Knoydart Sauna is all about slowing down, warming up and making the most of the epic scenery around you.
We offer a unique way to unwind, recharge and reconnect: with nature, with others and with yourself. Whether you're soaking in the views of Loch Nevis through the sauna's panoramic window or plunging into the cool waters at the Inverie River estuary, every session is an invitation to slow down and take a moment.
Whether you're hiking the hills, sailing the coast or just seeking some deep relaxation, Teas Mor is your place to warm up, wind down and embrace the elements.
We offer group social session bookings via our site or if you're planning a special occasion get in touch for individual hires. Launching in June 2025 and open daily - whatever the weather!
