By placing a booking at Teas Mor sauna, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:
General Sauna Usage

Sauna users do so at their own risk

Alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping and nudity are not permitted
-
Children under 6 years of age are not permitted to use the sauna

Children 6-16 years not permitted to use the sauna during social sessions
-
Children 6-16 years only allowed to use sauna during a private session and must be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 ratio

Children must be monitored at all times to limit risks of overheating
-
Remove all hanging jewelry before entering

You should be physically and mentally fit to participate in the Sauna: you must not participate if you have medical or health-related conditions which have the potential to be exacerbated by sauna use

If you have any concerns about your health it is recommended you obtain permission from your GP before using the sauna

Avoid sauna use if you have fungal infections or open wounds
Acknowledgement of Risk
Using the sauna is a fun & beneficial experience, however, as with all things, there exist elements of risk. Teas Mor has assessed and minimised all foreseeable risk in accordance with UK Health and Safety legislation, however, you must still be mindful of the risk posed by:

Slippery surfaces caused by water, ice, snow, mud or other substances

Exposure to cold (outside) temperatures and associated wind chill

Exposure to hot temperatures

Exposure to hot equipment, including the benches and stove

Increased internal body temperature
-
Collisions or contact with other persons and objects inside or outside of the Sauna

Exposure to airborne illnesses or transmittable diseases
-
Extreme weather (wind, waves, or otherwise)
Cold Water Immersion: river, loch or sea

Teas Mor does not recommend swimming due to the varying risks associated with currents, tides and general sea state/water conditions.

It must be acknowledged that any user of Teas Mor Sauna entering a nearby body of water does so entirely at their own risk and Teas Mor Sauna cannot be held liable for any issue/s arising for anyone doing so
Sea Usage

Use the sea for cold plunges at your own risk

Ensure you are a capable swimmer
-
Be aware of sea conditions and dangers
Sauna Etiquette

Remove footwear and wash feet before entering
-
No makeup or skincare products
-
Do not enter if you've dyed your hair within 72 hours
-
Enter and exit safely
-
Sit on a towel at all times
-
Limit sauna sessions to 15 minutes for adults, and 3-10 minutes for children depending on age
-
Pour water onto sauna stove gently
-
Only use provided sauna water on hot rocks
-
Do not touch any part of the stove or rocks
-
No glass inside the sauna
Personal Property & Admission

Teas Mor is not liable for loss or damage to property
-
Group bookings must adhere to the terms
-
Admission may be refused for safety reasons
