REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by us

In the event of a cancellation made by Teas Mor Sauna, you will receive notification via email and the option to reschedule your session. If we are unable to offer a rescheduled session that suits you, a full refund will be issued to the card used at the time of payment.

Cancellation by you

Refunds will not be given for 'no shows'.

Booking changes can be requested up to 48 hours before your scheduled time, and will be dependent upon availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
