LIABILITY WAIVER

I acknowledge and understand that using a sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Heat-related illnesses such as dehydration, heat exhaustion, or heat stroke

• Dizziness, fainting, or loss of consciousness

• Burns from hot surfaces or steam

• Slipping or falling on wet surfaces

• Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions

 

I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that may be aggravated by sauna use, including but not limited to heart disease, high/low blood pressure, respiratory conditions, or pregnancy. If I have any concerns, I have consulted with a healthcare professional before using the sauna.

Release of Liability: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Teas Mor Sauna and acknowledge that Ben Nunn, Mark Harris, and any associated parties are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur. I waive any claims against them for liability, negligence, or damages arising from my use of the sauna.

Code of Conduct: I agree to:

• Stay hydrated before and after using the sauna

• Avoid alcohol or drug use before and during sauna sessions

• Exit the sauna immediately if feeling unwell

• Follow all safety instructions provided by operators

• Respect other users and the equipment

 

Consent: By placing a booking at Teas Mor sauna, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. I accept full responsibility for my own safety and any consequences that may arise from using the Sauna.​
